From July to September, Agents can take part in the Apollo Anomaly Season, competing across multiple Events to earn the most Season Points for their Faction.
In addition, by taking part in some of these Events, Agents have multiple opportunities to earn medals.
Apollo Season Medal (3-tiered): Awarded based on participation in Ingress First Saturday events, completion of Daily Bounties, and performance in the Apollo Global Campaign, three free Dispatch operations in the Season and Anomaly battles.
Commemorative Apollo Onsite Medal (single-tiered): Earned simply by participating in any Anomaly battle onsite.
Apollo Global Campaign Medal (3-tiered): Based solely on performance during the Apollo Global Campaign.
Agents may earn the Apollo medal by accumulating Apollo Tokens through the following means:
Daily Bounties from 1 July to 18 September
Earn 10 Apollo Tokens by completing each Daily Research Bounty
Earn 10 Apollo Tokens by reaching each Daily Research Bounty milestone
In-person First Saturday Events
Earn 2,500 Apollo Tokens per month by attending and checking in with an onsite IFS organizer
Dispatch Operations
Earn up to 2,500 Apollo Tokens from each of the three free Dispatch operations in the Season:

A Apollo Token Agent Stat will be added to your Agent Profile for the duration of the Apollo Anomaly Season to help you monitor your individual progress.
An additional Campaign called “Apollo Rewards” will run from 1 July at 0000 UTC to 1 October at 2359 UTC. This Campaign will enable Agents to earn additional item rewards as they gain increasing amounts of Apollo Tokens.

300 Season Points per site
On-site Agents will be issued a series of “Site Bounties” during the designated battle period.
Complete the first Bounty and claim 3,000 Apollo Tokens.
Complete the remaining 4 Bounties and claim an additional 2,000 Apollo Tokens.
The final outcome of the Apollo Anomaly Season will be based on the total Season Score accrued by each Faction from all of the above components, and the Faction with the higher final score will claim the Season.
